After being diagnosed with Celiac disease as a teenager, I quickly realized how difficult it was to find gluten-free desserts that tasted truly homemade. Baking became more than a hobby—it became a passion to create desserts that people with dietary restrictions could genuinely enjoy.
Today, that passion has grown into maceycakes, where every recipe is carefully crafted so no one has to feel left out when celebrating life’s special moments.
